No Account Required

Bongard works entirely without an account.

What We Store

When you use Bongard, we store:

• Current Streak - Your current winning streak (synced when signed in)
• Best Streak - Your all-time best streak (synced when signed in)

Without an Account

We collect nothing. The game runs entirely in your browser with no data sent to our servers.

Your game progress (current streak, best streak) is saved in your browser's localStorage and never leaves your device.

With a Lotlsoft Account (Optional)

If you choose to sign in, we sync your game data to provide these benefits:

• Sync across devices - Your streak carries over between phone and computer
• Persistent progress - Your best streak is saved even if you clear browser data

Local Storage

Some data is stored locally in your browser and never sent to our servers:

• streak - Current and best streak counts
• solved - List of solved problem IDs
• theme - Color theme preference

You can clear this data anytime through your browser settings.

Cookies

We do not use cookies for tracking. We use localStorage to save preferences and sessionStorage during the sign-in process.

Analytics

We use our own privacy-focused analytics (Lotl Observe) to collect minimal anonymous usage data:

• Page views - Which pages are visited (no personal data)
• Anonymous identifiers - A random visitor ID to count unique visitors (not linked to your identity)
• Error reports - Technical errors for debugging (no personal data)

We do not use third-party analytics services like Google Analytics.

Third Parties

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. See the Lotlsoft Privacy Policy for details about infrastructure.

Your Rights

You can:

• Access your data (view within the app or export from account settings)
• Correct your data (update profile in account settings)
• Delete your data (from within the app)
• Withdraw consent (sign out and stop using the service)
